With more than 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Fisi is responsible for overseeing business operations, conducting dance classes and coordinating fundraising events. Prior to starting her own dance studio, she worked as a Medical Claims Supervisor and in Medical Utilization Review Management. Ms. Fisi considers receiving the Best Studio Award from the Brentwood and Oakley press to be her greatest professional accomplishment, and attributes her success to her hard work and determination.

Ms. Fisi also received an Achievement Award from Bank of America in 1975, and is currently affiliated with the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She stays current with the trends in her profession by reading industry-related publications and attending workshops and seminars. Her plans for the future include introducing more dance styles in her studio and expanding her business further.
