While this is Spring's 1st year as an official list maker, in 2007 it was a contender on Money Magazine's Best Places to Live List and U.S. News and World Report's Best Places to Retire.
Spring's family purchasing power and median home price were factors that helped make Spring a top Money Magazine pick.
